Artist Haven AMI may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.
We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Artist Haven AMI does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
Your use of the website is at your own risk. Use of this website constitutes a consent to our privacy policy.
We currently only ship within the USA. All orders (with the exception of AMI fundraiser items) are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. We ship quickly and ask that you allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments, although most are within just 24 hours. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, therefore, orders placed from 6pm EST Saturday through Tuesday 10AM EST will not be worked on until we re-open Tuesday morning at 10AM.
We offer flat rate shipping of just $8 USD for ALL orders whether you purchase one item or ten. This excludes large paintings, furniture and other items that will be noted in the item description as "contact us for shipping quote" or "pick up in store only".

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option to save you shipping costs
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments. Once it leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
